Resin usage

  1. Shake well before use,prohibiting the use of resin in places where there is a lot of sunlight.

  2. Wear gloves before use to avoid direct contact with the skin and keep the room ventilated.

  3. inadvertent contact, as soon as possible to use water rinse.If felt unwell,seek timely medical attention.

 4. printed models need to use high-concentration alcohol to clean about 30S,(recommended of 95% or more alcohol,the high the better.)

 5. do not pour the resin in the resin vat into the unused resin,do not leave the resin in the resin vat for a long time,without use to avoid resin pollution after the printing effect (long time without use resin can be introduced into airtight containers or sealed with plastic wrap shading save)

Instruction and Attention

It shall be sealed and kept away from light at normal temperature, avoid high temperature or sunlight. 

Recommend use temperature: between 18-35 *c,if the temperature too low,the print effect maybe affected.The resin can be properly preheated before use (No more than 60 *C)

In case of settlement of resin pigment,it can be used after mixing and shaking. 

In order to ensure the idea performance of the curing material,it is necessary to control the intensity and time of the light source after curing,so it's recommended that:

•   1. The intensity of mercury lamp or LED light source is 5-10mW/m2, and the duration is not more than 1 hour, (self control)
•  2. The duration of exposure under the sun (summer) should be controlled about 1 hour.
•  3. it's forbidden to expose in close distance or for long time under strong light source,such as high-power,high pressure mercury lamp.
•  4. The resin is sensitive,so it's recommended to print in a dark condition, such as dark cabin or cover it when printing.
